  This is Andrea here.  I bought a really tall cat climbing/scratch post (item # WR013) from you roughly about 4 years ago.  I wanted to write a testimonial to say that the post is STILL frequently used as it was the day you delivered it!  Because the post was so safely put together, my cats have been safely enjoying the post without injuring themselves (ie: I love that you do not use staples on the posts).  I am still waiting for the day when I would have to replace the carpeting on the post but even after 4 years, that day hasn't arrived.   It took two days, but both my cats (Charles and Lali) grew accustomed to the tree and started actually going near it.  Since then, it has become a playground, a rest-stop and a sanctuary for them.

• "We received our new kitty condo safe and sound last Thursday.  It could have been delivered on Wednesday, just as you expected, but we asked that it arrive on Thursday.  I had it delivered to my office.  No problems at all.
  On the freight invoice it said "cat post"... well it is far more than that.  It is just fantastic.  You're right the piece has a wonderful balance. The two "barrels" and the large top nest are perfect for our growing kittens.  They are 4 months old and are all over that thing - up and down and all around.  They really like it.

• "Earlier this year I ordered a cat tree from you. it was # WR134,  the one that has just about everything on it. I must admit, I was a little nervous ordering something this expensive from someone I had never heard of before, but after having seen your products on your internet site, and talking to you on the phone, I took the plunge. I am glad I did.
  When the climber arrived (all in one piece-no assembly required- my husband says "thanks you" ) I didn't even have time to get the packaging all  the way off before one of my cats were exploring it. They have a wonderful time, and I just wanted to say thank you! It's an excellent product. It's very sturdy and tip proof. The design is well thought out and very easy for cats to use.
